Topic 1: Katakana and Hiragana
Katakana and Hiragana are the two Japanese "Alphabets", Japanese also uses Kanji which are Chinese characters but due to
time restraints, and trying to make a game for beginners, the game only includes Katakana and Hiragana.
What's the difference between the two?
Katakana is used for words that are not native Japanese language words.
Hiragana is used for solely native Japanese language words.
For example: ケーキ is the word for cake, from the English word cake, pronounced similar to "keh-key" and so it is written in Katakana.
It is also used for names, Japanese citizens write their name in Hiragana, and people not from Japan write their name in Katakana.
